Yes. We can print your company logo on most products, using methods such as silkscreen, heat transfer, hot stamping, laser engraving and embroidery, depending on the material. Before production our design team provides an artwork proof for your confirmation, ensuring the logo looks exactly as intended.

Custom gifts take on average about 14–28 days, depending on peak season and production technique, so allow ample time. Some standard / in-stock products can be dispatched in as fast as 7–10 days (dispatch time, excluding logistics). If you have a fixed event date, the earlier you order the safer.

Orders are flexible — generally from 500 pieces, and as low as 100 pieces for some products, with better unit prices for larger quantities. Let us know your budget and quantity and we'll recommend the best option.

We offer free delivery throughout Hong Kong (special environments or special requirements may incur an additional fee).

The typical process has five steps: ① enquire and share your needs (product / quantity / logo) → ② we quote and suggest styles → ③ confirm design proof / sample → ④ production → ⑤ delivery. Both. GreenSpark supports both small custom orders and large wholesale printing, and will recommend the most suitable production method and materials based on your quantity and use.

Yes — we provide a 14-day after-sales assurance: if there is any quality issue within 14 days of receipt, contact us and we'll follow up. We'll arrange a suitable solution based on the actual situation, so you can order with confidence.

Our sales, design and customer-service teams are all based at our Hong Kong head office, with an in-house sample room — so clients can meet us in person, inspect physical samples, and get fast sampling and follow-up for more responsive, hands-on service.
