How long is the production lead time?
Production lead times average around 14–28 days, ultimately depending on the season and the product's craftsmanship. We recommend allowing ample time overall for your order. Some standard / in-stock products can be dispatched in as fast as 7–10 days (dispatch time, excluding logistics).
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs vary by product. The average is 500–1,000 units, while some products start from as few as 100 units. Higher quantities generally mean lower unit prices.
Can you print our logo on gifts?
Most gift products support logo printing. We recommend the best printing technique based on material and artwork requirements.
Do you offer design services?
Clients provide print-ready files and we supply free mockup previews. For professional design support (logo refinement, illustration, or packaging design), please inquire about our design service fees.

What payment methods do you accept?
Standard terms: 50% deposit upon order, balance before delivery.
We accept bank transfer, cheque (including e-cheque), cash, and government P-card.
